Travel south to the Costa Tropical to explore the historic quarters of Almuñécar, Salobreña and Motril and to take part in all sorts of watersports.
Andalusian cuisine owes its character to these sharp regional differences and Arab roots. Try eggs a la flamenca (with tomatoes, spicy sausage and peas), salt cod stew, and ardoria (made with tomato, bread, olive oil and cucumber).
