What can I say the Hotel Exedra was amazing! From the second we stepped out of the taxi to the second we left we were treated like royalty. Nothing was ever too much for the staff and they were helpful, courteous and happy all of the time. The room was exquisite from the king size bed right down to the bathrobes and slippers in the marble bathroom, we couldn't have asked for anything better.
The hotel has 2 restaurants and a champagne bar. Breakfast is served in the 1st floor restuarant and dinner is reserved for the amazing roof top restuarant.
The one evening we chose to eat in the hotel restuarant was simply one of the best meals we have ever had!!
Unfortunatly I am quite a fussy eater and the menu is a la carte and I didn't actually like anything on it (altho my husband's meal looked amazing and he said it tasted amazing) the waitress fully understood where I was coming from and made a special request for my meal (a steak. Well what can I tell you, it was simply the best steak I have ever eaten!!!
Rooms were clean and very spacious and simply couldn't be faulted.
My one regret was that the health spa was fully booked for the whole time we stayed there so I didn't get to try that out but I will next time :-)
At the end of our stay we booked a transfer from the hotel to the airport which was excellent value for money, costing around the same as a taxi ride but was far more comfortable. |
