Review: Sharm el Sheikh is a great resort if you enjoy snorkelling / diving or hanging around the hotel. But if you like getting out and about excursions need you to be willing to travel a fair distance to find anything much. taxis are cheap but make sure you negotiate before hand or they will try to rip you off. other downside is most hotels in the resort seem to be under the flight path which means you get a fair bit of noise day and night.On the other hand the hotels in the area do seem to be of a pretty good standard. |
